A Boundless Heart, a Free Mind – Retreat with Lila Kimhi

The retreat offers the opportunity to get to know ourselves deeply, with kindness and clarity, in a caring and conducive atmosphere, with the support of the structure and the teacher. The retreat offers and remind us of the deep sense of presence and is an opportunity for the mind and the heart to relax their grip on unhelpful patterns and adopt fresh perceptions that leads to liberating insights and the boundlessness of the heart.

The teacher offers practices in Vipassana (insight) and mindfulness meditation in sitting, walking, standing and lying down postures, as well as a daily talk and personal guidance, according to the needs of the student.

The retreat is conducted in silence except for the teachings, question and answers periods, guided meditations and meetings with the teacher.
