MTTC-May 2020

The Mindfulness Teacher Training Course (MTTC) May 2020 – May 2021

We are happy to offer the third Mindfulness Teacher Training Course (MTTC) from May 2020 – May 2021. More than 100 practitioners took part in the two courses in 2017-2018.

The MTTC offers tools for change, addressing five main themes – mindfulness, tools, empathy, communication and leadership. Right from the start, we offer training to develop the power of the voice. Participants will learn to exercise their authority to speak in front of others, give talks and answer questions

The MTTC 2020/21 consists of four residential meetings plus monthly online meetings with the teachers. Christopher and Ulla are assisted by Alexander Gontard and Kaspar Meulesteen. The MTTC will generate a depth of sharing and communication. MTTC offers a unique programme with a view to bringing the best out of a human being.

The registration fee is €200, in order to cover costs for preparation including website, promotion, texts, PDF, e-books and online offerings etc. The MTTC offers probably the most affordable mindfulness teacher training available. Christopher and Ulla appeal for donations at the end of each residential course. We do not ask for payment for the teaching the MTTC.

Please note: The MTTC has reached its maximum capacity of participants. Christopher and Ulla are planning to offer an international online MTTC course starting in June 2021. For further information please contact mttcgermany@gmail.com and see the MTTC website www.mindfulnesstrainingcourse.org.
